Many of our customers opt for regular domestic cleaning services to maintain a clean and tidy home.

Whether you prefer daily, weekly, or fortnightly visits, you can choose the day that works best for you. Additionally, we offer additional services such as ironing within your home, simply by adding extra hours to your regular cleaning schedule.

At Your Help Hub, we take care of all the screening and background checks for you. “We do the hard work so you don’t have to”. Our extensive vetting process ensures only the most skilled and reliable contractors are selected for our services, so that you can enjoy a clean and hygienic home with peace of mind.

We require a minimum of 2 hours per visit. Our goal is to provide the same cleaner for regular customers to ensure continuity of service. After each clean, you can pay your cleaner directly through our secure online platform. Payment can be made after every clean.

Rest assured, if your cleaner is on holiday, sick, or if communication isn’t effective, we can arrange for a temporary replacement or allocate you a new cleaner to ensure your cleaning needs are met consistently.

We provide oven cleaning as an optional extra, which is charged separately from your regular cleaning. If you’d like your oven cleaned, simply select the “extra task” option in the quoting system when making a booking.

Domestic Cleaning

The standard hours are 8:00 am until 17:00 pm Monday to Friday. We often clean commercial properties in the evenings, but if required we can try to arrange your domestic cleaning for outside of these times.

Yes, once you have agreed on a cleaner, they remain your dedicated cleaner unless they are either on holiday or sick, in which case you will have the choice to request a temporary cover cleaner through your App.

Not at all, however when you are booking a service on our website, please indicate that you have pets on the form. Our system will then only pair you with cleaners who are comfortable working around pets.



Special instructions can be sent through your App to your cleaner, these might include making sure all windows and doors are kept closed, or letting your cleaner know that your dog is scared of the hoover..

Yes, you can contact your cleaner directly through your client mobile app.

We usually allocate a cleaner within 24 hours, however this is dependant on availability in your local area.

For regular cleans, you provide the necessary cleaning products and equipment, however the cleaner is able to provide this at an additional fee based on the cleaner’s hourly rate.

For deep cleans, your cleaner will bring all necessary cleaning equipment and specialist cleaning products required for your deep clean, so you don’t need to supply anything.

It depends on your preferences and lifestyle. Many clients opt for weekly or fortnightly visits, while others prefer a monthly deep clean. We can tailor a cleaning schedule to suit your needs.

We do our very best to match you up with the right domestic cleaner, however we appreciate that people have different personalities, and you may clash. If you’d prefer a different cleaner, simply press Cancel Job on Your Help Hub App and you will be able to select another cleaner.

You may elect to provide your cleaner with a key to your property, enabling them to work while you are out. Download and print a key acceptance form from Your Help Hub account, and ask your cleaner to complete and sign it.

It’s not necessary for you to be present during the deep clean. You can arrange access for the cleaner and go about your day as usual.

No – all cleaners on Your Help Hub are paid through the platform and are instructed not to accept cash. It is a breach of both customer and provider T&Cs to give or receive cash payments.

Absolutely. On your enquiry form, you will be able to specify the day, and time you would like your cleaner to arrive.

Yes, there is a minimum of 2 hours required per visit.

Whilst it’s not essential, we strongly recommend that you are home for the first clean to show your cleaner around. This allows you the opportunity to pass on any special instructions, like alarm codes or locking up procedures.

Yes, all contractors registered on our platform undergo a thorough vetting process, including ID checks and reference checks, before they can take on work. This ensures that they have the necessary skills and qualifications to provide high-quality cleaning services.

Yes, we charge a small fee for services that include customer support, vetting, payment processing, booking administration and costs incurred for the operation of the platform. Our services generally save customers between 50% to 60% compared to traditional cleaning agencies while still receiving high-quality, professional service.

Yes, we are fully insured for claims up to £10,000,000, which include public and products liability and loss of keys

No, you are not tied into any contract.

Yes we do, but this is charged separately from your regular cleaning. Please discuss oven cleaning directly with your cleaner.

Parking charges are an additional cost. If you have access to a parking permit, please offer it to your cleaner for the duration of their visit or reimburse their parking costs when you pay them.

Unfortunately not. Our contractors only offer internal window cleaning.
